Craft Something Better Today.
By working as a family, we are passing along our family values to our children and ensuring they know the importance of maintaining and uplifting the community.
Crafting products with care and on a smaller scale offers more opportunities to get to know our customers and customize our offerings to what is truly needed from the folx that we wish to be of service to.
While we love to craft and sell products, we truly value building community by providing ways for others to learn this craft and ensure these skills are being carried on by the next generation of innovators and crafters.

Meet the Sammz Family
SAMMZ Crafters was founded in 2021 by our happy, crafty family of five:
Sabrina, Abery, Mira, Matt and Zayvion.
We have always loved crafting, but we realized that others loved our crafts and that we could be of service to our community. We offer a few of our favorite items and plan to continue to expand the selection that is available.
As a family, we lean into values that create a strong family, strong community and sustainable future. We are serious about valuing each and every person and would love for you to journey with us towards joy and creative community.
The Sammz Crew
Sabrina (she/hers)
Sabrina is a staple for SAMMZ Crafters. Her community building, managerial, event planning and child mentoring experience bring fun and elegant execution skills to SAMMZ Crafters.
Sabrina has an eye for design, a love of attention to detail and a heart for all members of the community. At the center of everything, family comes first and that includes you once you’ve become part of the SAMMZ family.
Abery (he/him)
Abery is a young, enthusiastic artist that has been working on his artwork since he was in kindergarten. He grew up drawing sidewalk art and stenciling in his drawing books and has continued to learn new mediums to express his art.
As the oldest, he’s been an excellent role model to his siblings and others in the community. He’s very giving and very sincere in his love for people.
Mira (she/her)
Mira has many talents when it comes to creative crafting. While she is great at woodworking, her main area of expertise is knitting.
Mira enjoys working with beads, glitter, slime, and several types of material. She loves fashion and has a patient and inquisitive demeanor that allows her to excel at anything she puts her mind to. Mira is a quiet, fun, but steady storm of positive energy that makes every SAMMZ event fun and welcoming to all.
Matt (he/his)
Matt has over 20 years of woodworking experience and over 15 years of teaching experience. He has an eye for a detail and is wonderfully encouraging to all who are learning a new craft.
His experience in Fab Lab has allowed him to encourage many students and adults to learn something new. He values all people and has a calm, but fun demeanor that keeps everyone engaged and safe while exploring new crafts.
Zayvion
Zayvion is only four years old but he has already started to learn how to do woodworking. His main goal is to remain safe and encourage the team to keep going but he excels at those tasks.
Zayvion is great at sharing, playing and creating a fun and welcoming atmosphere anytime he’s around.
